Accord de service relatif au LIGNE FIXE— Soumis à modification à tout moment

à la seule discrétion du fournisseur de service.

• Le Service de "Ligne Fixe" est un service privé offert sur la base d'un abonnement mensuel rechargeable.

• Pour activer le service pour le premier fois, après l'essai gratuit de 30 jours, achetez une recharge Paysafecard de €10.00 et envoyer un sms avec le code Pin et votre numéro +32 de votre ligne fixe Belge que vous avez gratuitament utilizé pour 30 jours,                      via WhatAPP au le numero +447466427729 avant la date limite mensuelle, et votre ligne fixe restera actif pendant encore 30 jours.

• Le premier paiement est effectué lorsque le service "Ligne Fixe" est activé €10.00/mois, et, à partir de cette date,                                   il sera facturé tous les 30 jours.                                    

• Les frais seront facturés au client tous les 30 jours pour le service "Ligne Fixe" indépendamment de l'utilisation.

• L'usage du service  de "Ligne Fixe" dans le territoire Belge, est valable uniquement pour les résidents en Belgique                      comme déterminée par le Termes d'utilization de LandlineSIM.

• Les appels sortants et le sms sont effectués avec l'identifiant de l'appelant du numéro américain +1,                                                       ils ne coûtent que €0.06/Minute et €0.04 par Sms envoyé, indépendamment de la destination des appels,                                    Belgique ou Pays étrangers. (Tarif valable exclusivement sur le territoire Belge sur le réseau BASE/Telenet).

• Le numéro américain est autorisé à recevoir des appels et des SMS.
  Veuillez vérifier auprès de votre opérateur le coût des appels et des SMS vers un numéro + 1 Américain.

• Les appels reçu coûtent €0.00/minute et €0.00 pour la connexion entrante.

• Avec l'option "Fix Everywhere", les appells reçu sur votre ligne fixe sont gratuit (Max 2000 minutes/mois)                                               en Belgique et dans plus de 100 pays du monde.

LandlineSIM suggère à l'utilisateur du service "Ligne Fixe" de vérifier le montant facturé par son fournisseur de télécommunication local pour appeler le numero fixe Belge ou International de Roamingsim.

• Avec notre service de numéro virtuel, vous pouvez ajouter une deuxieme ligne fixe d'autres pays à le votre ligne fixe Belge.

• Le coût de la deuxième ligne fixe est de €10.00.

• Il n'est pas possible d'activer une ligne fixe internationale en l'absence de la ligne fixe principale Belge.

• La deuxième ligne fixe est soumise au fonctionnement de la ligne fixe principale Belge et du solde restant de la carte Roamingsim.

• En l'absence de renouvellement de la ligne fixe Belge ou en l'absence de crédit suffisant sur la carte SIM, cela impliquera                     la désactivation definitive de la ligne fixe Belge et de la deuxième ligne fixe internationale également avec                                            un abonnement mensuel regulierment renouvelé, la Roamingsim et le service Internet seront désactivé                                         jusqu'à ce que le client ait ré-acquis une nuovelle ligne fixe belge.

• Pour re-activer votre Roamingsim vous devez obtenir une nuovelle ligne fixe Belge avec un PIN Paysafecard de €25.00                  (Coût re-activation carte SIM de €15.00 plus l' abonnement mensuel ligne fixe de €10.00) . À noter que le numéro sera différent.

• Un numéro annulé par erreur ne fera pas l'objet d'un remboursement.

• La carte SIM est définitivement désactivée lorsqu'elle dépasse 420 jours d'inactivité même en présence de crédit résiduel disponible. .
